Some thoughts on the recent Twiter IPO as the story continues to unfold. Social-media IPOs tend to be volatile mainly because it’s a new sector and a still evolving business model.
I think Twitter is a good bet. They still have quite a few uncharted business possibilities to pursue and as the mobile market continues to achieve considereable growth; marketers and advertisers will likely allocate more funds toward that platform for years to come and Twitter will be in a position to captitalize on that trend.
